Extremly well-endowed Women (super busty) need more support from their bra then our smaller breasted sisters. The main function of a Large Bra is support. Fashion dictates mostly the looks of smaller cup bras, but big cup bras need one future above all: support.
Support, because large breasts are heavy and carrying them around all day without help is painful.
Support, because gravity does pull and lets your breasts sag, large breast most likely sag quicker then smaller breasts.
Support, because sagging or not supported breasts are out of fashion in the Western world.

There are different levels of support and bras that go with it. The best supportive and proactive bra, if you can find it in your size, is the Sports Bra.
